Data we collect

• Enquiry data: name, email, workshop interest, preferred date, and message content you submit.
• Booking data: deposit and invoice references, attendance notes needed to run a session.
• Technical data: essential cookies and, if you accept, limited analytics cookies as described in our cookie notice.

We do not ask for passport numbers, payment card fields on this website, or special-category data as part of the standard enquiry form.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to workshop enquiries and managing bookings — contract and legitimate interests in operating the training business.
• Keeping basic records of past attendees for alumni fee eligibility — legitimate interests.
• Site security and essential operation — legitimate interests.
• Analytics (only if accepted) — consent.

Retention

Enquiry emails and form records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for accounting or dispute resolution. Invoice records are retained for the period required by UK tax rules. Analytics data follows the durations listed in the cookie notice.

Sharing

We use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses where required.
