Acceptance
By using https://content-pinebase.click or booking a workshop with PineBase Workshop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a place.
About us
PineBase Workshop provides in-person and remote technical analysis training focused on trend structure and momentum shifts. Contact details appear in the site footer and on the contact page.
Website content
Workshop descriptions, fees, and schedule dates are informational. Places are confirmed only after we reply to your request and you pay any required deposit. We may correct errors in copy or pricing and will notify you before taking payment if a material change affects your booking.
Bookings and conduct
You agree to provide accurate contact details when requesting a place. During sessions you agree not to harass other participants or record the room without prior written consent. We may refuse or end participation where conduct disrupts the session, with refunds handled under the refund policy where applicable.
Intellectual property
Chart packs, notes sheets, and site text remain the property of PineBase Workshop or their respective owners. You may keep materials provided for your personal learning. You may not republish packs, record sessions for distribution, or present our materials as your own training product.
No investment advice
Workshops teach chart-reading skills. Nothing on this site or in a session is personalised investment advice, an invitation to deal, or a guarantee of trading results. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and regulatory obligations.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in England and Wales, PineBase Workshop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for trading losses arising from how you apply workshop concepts. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under GB law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
